family court is a CRAPSHOOT! they probably figured since she had 3 kids, that she would't miss one and gave him to Phil. the Komoto Dragon REALLY should have finished Phil off!!!

I think she is high on prescription drugs, her erratic behavior and outrageous comments over the last year point to being high on prescrip. pills. Either that or she is untreated for bipolar disorder, that would explain her overly sexualized behavior going out with a 25 year old dressing like a 20 year old. When does she have time to be a mom, since she is always out partying and running after men half her age? She gives cougars a bad name.

Actually, Sharon didn't lose custody, she still shares legal custody with her ex, who wanted his son to remain in school in San Francisco, instead of in LA where Sharon lives. The decision confirmed that Bronstein may have physical custody for that purpose [he lives in SF] Sharon disagreed with that and wanted the boy to remain with her in LA. ... hence the hearing.

There's no scandal.
