I hate to say this but I've had shoes like that and actually found it more comfortable when I had to walk somewhere to put my pinky on the outside - kinda gave your feet more traction. I didn't care what it looked like and, apparently, neither does this woman.

I totally have shoes that I have to put my pinky toe out like that when I wear them or the strap cuts into my toe and causes major pain! Fashion aint easy peeps!
When she sits down she likely puts all the piggys back where they belong, but while she's walking, she's saving herself some major recovery time. (hey it's flip-flop weathe and she won't wear these shoes every day)

sofie if you really love the shoes take em to a shoe fitter and get em stretched out wider so they fit your toe-box area....some of the EU sized shoes out there make you feel like your some sort of giant even if you are only like 100 pounds! Im a tiny girl like her but even I've had problems with shoes. Euro sizes are hell..
