Rumors have circled certain celebs for months, but now ABC has revealed the Season 8 stars who will compete for the mirror ball trophy!

Here's the list:

Forget what you know about the classy world of ballroom dancing...

Steve-O has been confirmed as one of the contestants on the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars, according to OK! Magazine.

“Steve-O is taking his dancing very seriously,” a source tells OK!. “He’s committed to leading a healthy, wholesome life, and that includes mastering the classic moves of dance!”

Funny how "healthy" and "wholesome" aren't words we'd normally use when talking about Steve-O!

Getting clean certainly doesn't come easy - just ask Steve-O!

In his latest MySpace blog, the recovering claims to have been committed to a mental institution. "I did so much cocaine, ketamine, pcp, nitrous oxide, and all sorts of other drugs that, quite simply, my brain is f**ked up," he wrote. "I'm back in the looney bin trying to get that s**t right."

Fortunately, Steve-O's hardly been laboring in vain - he claims to have stayed sober for 115 days! And, more importantly, it sounds like he's got the right attitude for recovery, candidly admitting that "doing drugs f**ked my a** up and I'm going to be paying for it for a long time, probably for the rest of my life."

Good luck, Steve-O - the battle against addiction may last a lifetime, but it's one well worth fighting!

It sure looks like sobriety's doing Steve-O a world of good - after court this morning, the former danger addict was waxing philosophical!

Steve-O touched on pretty much every subject under the sun: other dimensions, the end of the world, life in a halfway house - even his wrinkly shirt! Mostly, though, Steve-O spoke with surprising candor about his newfound sense of responsibility, going so far as to claim that he wouldn't even mind if this charge stayed on his record. Good thing his lawyer Barry Sands was there to set him straight on that point!

Our favorite Jackass, Steve-O showed up to his preliminary hearing yesterday morning with his attorney Barry Gerald Sands, where the actor plead "not guilty" to felony drug charges stemming from a March 3rd arrest.

Even though Steve-O, who donned a blue button-down for court, has cleaned up his act, he still kept his sense of humor as he left the hearing, offering to whistle for the camera out of the hole in his nose (presumably from all the drugs,) and plugged his bail bondsman.

Boasting "64 days" of sobriety, Steve-O told us that he used to think "sex, drugs and rock 'n roll was a good thing," but he's "not running away" from his problems anymore.

Steve-O, who says he's "fighting for his life", was overwhelmed with all the support from his friends and fans, and plans on continuing to encounter his problems head-on.

It's nice to see that Steve-O is taking these issues seriously (but still keeping a sense of humor about himself), and we wish him the best of luck!

Lots of Jackass fans have joked around about whether Steve-O might have a death wish - but those jokes sure seem a lot less funny now!

Star Magazine is reporting that on Sunday, the actor - real name Steven Glover - was checked into the Thalians Mental Health Center (known for its crisis management facilities) for a mandatory 72-hour hold, which was later expanded to a gigantic fourteen day stay.

An insider told Star that Glover has been stabilized on meds. Worryingly, the source also revealed that the actor was also being treated for burns all over his skin "as if he had been putting cigarettes out all over his body."

Apparently, the situation started when Glover started sending out suicidal emails over the weekend, pinning the blame for his state on a failed attempt at romance. "Steve started flipping out," another source told the mag. "He told doctors he wanted to hurt himself badly. He wanted to break every bone in his body one by one."

The Star reports that, in the last few days, Glover's family has come forward to admit that the troubled actor suffers from bipolar disorder which, to date, has gone untreated. We're sure this sad series of events will put an end to that oversight!

"Right now he's in his extreme mania," a Glover family member said. "His concerned friends and family are hoping he'll seek treatment. He doesn't need jail, he needs therapy. We're just really hoping that this will be the wake-up call that gets him back to himself."

Steve-O was showing off the BB gun smiley face on his ass! Like we haven't seen that one before! He also showed off his hot girlfriend (really? Steve-O has a hot girlfriend?) whose ass also caught the eye of our cameraman. And no, she doesn't have a BB in hers!

We're not saying he's wasted (although we did see plenty o' crack in this video), but Steve-O, stripped to the waist, decided to take on the ATM outside of Rock n' Roll Ralphs Monday night. Although Steve-O was ready to rumble if the ATM denied him his card, the fight was averted when the machine spit it out after Steve-O grabbed his cash, which he promised to spend on "alcohol and whores!"

Always in the middle of the action, Steve-O acted as unofficial referee for a street fight amongst the club kids outside of Teddy's. After giving us the blow-by-blow, he busted out a few rhymes from his upcoming rap album (no joke). Then, he drove away with his ladyfriend sittin' on his lap.

Shooting separate but equally bad reality shows at the same time, Steve-O and Kim Kardashian decided to join forces yesterday for the most amazing (not really) reality stunt of all time! Steve-O lent Kim an overly aggressive security guard to help guard her ass as she walked down Robertson. Our sides, they are a-splittin'!

Talk about a dream matchup - yesterday, Kitson was the venue for a battle for photographic supremacy between Paris Hilton and (Dr.) Steve-O! The former Jackass star, piqued by the thought of the celebutante shutting down the store for the duration of her promotion, decided to bum-rush the show - with a little help from his mammoth security guard, of course! After a little juke-left cut-right tag-team action from the duo, Dr. O managed to slip inside, although unsurprisingly he was quickly escorted right back out. Understandably, the security guards got a little huffy over falling for such a simple ploy so publicly and got all in Steve-O and his bodyguards' faces as they vacated the premises. Can't we all just get along?

Remember that video of Steve-O firing Roman Candles at some poor, helpless, upside-down dude? Well, the stills just showed up, and let's just say they reveal the illustrious Mr. O to be quite the, er, crack shot!

If an apple a day keeps the doctor away, how many will it take to keep Dr. Steve-O the hell away from us? When we caught him out filming yesterday, the Good Dr. O was dressed in a lab coat and firing Roman candles at some hapless dude hung from a tree by his ankles. Now that's some alternative medicine!

Jackass' Steve-O showed off his new ink and his new green on the Sunset Strip last night. Now that Steve-O's got a new show, "Dr. Steve-O" where he helps people push through their fears, could this be considered "medical marijuana"?
