When we spotted the starlet at the ME Cabo Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, for instance, we barely even caught a whiff of her former wildness - despite all manner of jetski tomfoolery the only thing we caught her drinking was water! (That's probably not too surprising, though - a responsible girl like Tara would never compromise her ability to pilot a jetski!)
