It's interesting tat when cops arrived there was no swelling or bruising at all. They are specifically trained to notice any swelling that leads to a bruise. No marks, but now they are there after a few days. Wonder if they were created after or maybe a tad of make up to enhance them. For some reason, she seems to be eating up the media attention as well. Something is fishy about this, I think she was drunk, erratic and angry, running around naked and wanted to drive a around at 4am. If he did it, then he should be in trouble, but I think he is telling the truth about the incident.

But with the combination of the police report, the hospital, her story about meeting the DA and other witnesses at both the club and his house. Like a previous poster wrote, these people are trained to see any type of injuries, there were none. No red marks, swelling, bruises, etc. It is in their report. She said she was choked, but no marks around her neck or redness at all. I think she is going for some type of sympathy, media attention, and some cash from the football player. These bruises may be self inflicted, who knows? I can see someone bruising themselves for a couple of million and "celebrity" attention.

Merriman is about three times her size; if he was beating on her, there would be no question about it and she'd probably have facial injuries; the bruises on her arms look more like someone who was forcibly restrained than like someone who was beat up. I'm believing Merriman on this one.

She's not talking about the incident as if she wants the attention. She seems very distant and uninterested in the questions they are asking her. There is a bruise on her neck if you look closely. TMZ has no medical exam photos, I read them everyday when I'm bored. Just because he didn't pummel her face doesn't make what happened to her excusable.

I think everyone is skeptical to believe her because she was, in fact, actually drinking. Her case holds no water if she is making false statements. Without a word from her or Merriman I can tell she was not as injured as she states. Why? Because she opted to go to the hospital when the EMT's cleared her at Merriman's house. By law, the EMT's have to take her to the hospital if she is requesting to do so. Furthermore, she was complaining of a neck injury and was cleared of that too. In the end, her actions are reminiscent of those of a drunk girl too wasted to have any common sense. Even worse, some people, the day after, are not willing to concede they behaved so badly or take any responsibility on his or her part of an altercation. Because of her drinking, Tila sounds like she is spinning the story not Merriman.

I have heard a number of interviews that Tila has given in which she states that she is allergic to alcohol. BUT for the past couple of years she has been saying that she is taking medicine which allows her to now drink freely. She has also stated that she likes very rough sex including choking and blood letting.

Well the case is closed, after 5 days. The DA was very nice in his wording, because she obviously filed a false claim - he should sue her for everything she has. Maybe she will twit about it - lol.
