Us Weekly's apparently got the inside scoop on TomKat's child-rearing tactics (via Scientology, of course), which includes not letting her have breast milk (she supposedly was fed a mix of of barley water, milk and corn syrup) and never saying "no"! Apparently, the correct way to discipline your child when you're a Scientologist is to simply point out that they made the "wrong action".
Regardless of what parenting techniques they use, Tom and Katie seem to be giving her what's most important - lots of love.
