Travis might have too many tats, but he seems like such a good dad and that's all that matters!

Is it just me or while watching Meet the Barkers did you not totally fall in love with Travis, despite him not being your "type"?

I'm not necessarily into the skinny, tatted-up rocker dudes, but this guys is so genuine and such a good dad, a romantic, funny, that you can't help but like him.

The Blink 182 drummer has the most adorable kids too -- Alabama and Landon got a little pretty from their mom Shanna Moakler and a little street from their dad and the mix is super cute!

Travis Barker has settled his suit against Clay Lacy Aviation for the 2008 crash that caused four deaths and caused serious burns on both Barker and DJ AM.

The mother of Barker's bodyguard Che Still, who was killed in the crash, also settled her claim at the same time. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

The 20 million dollar wrongful death suit filed by Adam Goldstein's estate against the company remains open. Goldstein's mother claims that the crash caused Adam's post-traumatic stress disorder, which led to his dependence on pills and ultimately were to blame for his death.

While Travis Barker got a chuckle out of his son yelling at photographers in Calabasas the other day, little Landon made it clear to us that he wasn't joking around!

Aww, just look at that smile! Even though he's capable of sending out nasty tweets to certain ex-wives, Travis Barker has a soft side when it comes to his kiddos!

The tatted up rocker dad was snapped in Calabasas with son Landon Asher and daughter Alabama Luella, and he may not be at the top of Shanna Moakler's favorites list, but it looks like he's still the number one dad as far as his kids are concerned!

This comes as no surprise after reading Travis Barker's thoughts on the death of his friend...

Blink-182 posted on their MySpace blog today that the band "will not be playing tonight in Saratoga, NY." Why? "Due to the circumstances surrounding the unfortunate and untimely passing of our dear friend Adam 'DJ AM' Goldstein."

Poor Adam. He had so many people who cared about him! You wonder why such a tragedy has to happen.

RIP.

This must've been really hard.

Travis Barker, who survived a plane crash with his pal about a year ago, finally takes to his Twitter to talk about the death of DJ AM:

"Don't know how I am gonna play 2night but I am for AM. My brother is gone. I love u and miss u, I'll never forget all the good times we had. I'll never forget everything we've been through and every time I play the drums, I'll think of you. U were an amazing friend/DJ/human being. Rest in peace, my brother. This really f***s me up."

But the Blink-182 drummer wasn't the only one to speak out on Saturday... Adam Goldstein's ex Mandy Moore also released the following statement:

"I am absolutely heartbroken. For those of us lucky enough to have known him, Adam radiated a contagious exuberance for life and also personified the very definition of a true friend. To say that he will be missed beyond words is an understatement. My heart goes out to his loved ones."

It's nice to know that DJ AM had so many good people around that loved him. Kinda makes us wonder why this happened in the first place...

Travis Barker was treated to a father's day breakfast at IHOP with his son Landon and we just can't get over how much the boy is looking like dad! He's even covered in tatts like Trav (hopefully fake ones!)

Blink 182 launched their comeback on The Tonight Show last night, and we couldn't help but notice that Tom DeLonge was noticeably absent from the after-show shoot the sh*t fest outside the studio!

Is the reunion between him and formerly estranged band mates Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus a less-than-happy one?

We spotted Travis Barker chatting on his cell phone while his kids were inside Karate Kids in Calabasas. Doesn't Travis seem like a really great hands on kinda dad?

Now that he and Shanna have broken up for the millionth time, Travis is back to single dad duty. Looks like it's a position he's quite comfortable with!

Looks like Shanna Moakler is ready for a fight!!!

Yesterday we told you about Travis Barker calling the cops because his on-again/off-again wife was "freaking out and acting irrational."

Today Shanna's telling her (a little crazy sounding, if you ask us) story on her official MySpace Celebrity Blog. While we're not exactly sure what she's trying to prove, Shanna reveals that she and Travis were "very much together" at the time of his plane crash last year, but it was during his recovery that she says things began to unravel. (The spelling and grammatical errors are hers- FYI)

I came across numerous romantic emails with MANY other woman, some famous , some I personally knew, all heart breaking. and the woman involved you know who you are and should be ashamed of yourself.

She also defends herself against being called a bad mother and says she wishes people would just stop talking about her private life.

"No Comment" just wasn't sufficent this time when people continue to lie and distort the truth. the sad part is, the truth really isn't that juicy or news worthy, it's sad and I wish it had been left behind closed doors. I am a human being and the bashing has taken it's toll.

The police were called to Travis Barker's Calabasas home earlier this morning, and it was supposedly regarding a domestic dispute between the rock star and on-again/off-again wife Shanna Moakler. Travis allegedly made the call to 911, and we can only assume what happened behind the doors of their home...

Though the two got divorced a few years ago, they've been spotted out together lately, and all signs pointed to a reconciliation, but apparently that's not the case. A rep for the couple tells Us Weekly that they've split yet again, and a source added that they got into a nasty fight last night where Shanna was "freaking out and acting irrational" (hence Travis calling the cops).

Think this will last? Or will they get together yet again?

Not that it's much of a surprise (in fact just last week we questioned when they'd make it official again), but Shanna Moakler has confirmed to US Weekly that she and her ex, who have been divorced for about a year but remained close, intend on talking a second walk down the aisle.

Shanna tells the mag, "It's not so much about the wedding but about having a celebration of each other and getting through all the crazy things we've been through." The two have been closer and closer ever since the plane crash that almost claimed Travis' life back in September. "When you almost lose a loved one, it makes you appreciate things you took for granted," Shanna said.

The couple was spotted out at Nobu Friday night, holding hands and looking very much like husband and wife.

I guess true love really does conquer all -- even a fling with Paris Hilton!

Travis and his ex-Shanna have that Pammy and Tommy Lee type of relationship, despite a horrible break-up, they just can't seem to stay away from each other!

The on-again, off-again, on-again couple were having a nice family dinner in Nobu last night.

I know Travis' injury has brought them closer together, but has it brought them close enough together that they'd consider renewing their vows?
