Former Miss America-Turned-Penthouse Pet Gets Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame

VWILLIAMS031907_13.jpgUgly Betty's Vanessa Williams got her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday. Although I think her best work is what she's doing right now as Wilhelmina on the ABC series, she got her star in the recording category (Williams has released several albums over the past few decades). Congrats, Willie!

She was never a Penthouse Pet. She was in Penthouse magazine after she became Miss America, but the pictures were taken before she won.

Penthouse magazine published nude pics of her and that's why she lost the Miss America crown. However,she became even more famous because of the scandal !!

It really doesn't matter what some of you 43 year old wanna be Miss America's say about Vanessa, she is the most successful Miss America to ever wear the crown and now they could use her help to save the dying pageant. Maybe Vanessa should ask a few million of her Whilhemina fans to watch the pageant this year so TLC won't drop like CMT did. Whatever, she's a superstar and does care about all you rude little people.
