Bodyguards warned the paps to stay back while a reality crew trained their cameras on the car...the door opened, and a beautiful plastic woman came tumbling out - no, not Victoria Beckham, but her incredibly life-like stand in! There's no shortage of Posh wannabes around, but I guess a blow up doll will do in a pinch.
