that's not a dermatologist first of all, if you were to look back at pictures of david taking the kids to the doctor's it is in fact the same building and therefore she is going to see an actual doctor not for her skin but for her health and I don't blame her for wanting to be left alone, I mean come on guys, following some to the doctors is definatly pushing it, and she only had one cop anyways, I don't know where you get off saying she had more than that when the rest of them were her own security staff.
