After our post on Rumer Willis and how she is comfortable in her skin, we got thinking about women in Hollywood who have changed their looks. Sure, dyeing your hair and changing your style is one way of doing it, but some leading ladies in this town have opted for more, uh, permanent measures. We've compiled some dramatic before and after pics of your favorite celebs who have changed their image a bit over the years.

While a little bit of nip and tuck can keep actresses looking their best, we often wonder what they would look like today if they hadn't gone from an A cup to a D cup, or shaved millimeters off of their nose.
