I was at Mamash when Matisyahu was there. Made my day! Love this guy! If you have not been to Mamash yet, I highly recommend it. Great Sushi! And I am not even Kosher !!!!!

As traditional kosher restaurants go out of business in big cities, the future belongs to niche, gourmet kosher food: Asian, soul, organic/vegan. Mamash is on the cutting edge of the New Jewish Food movement. Kol ha kavod.
