As fashionable as Whitney usually is, Carrie Bradshaw she ain't. Even though she's trying to rock the nameplate necklace that SJP popularized in the show, Carrie would never be caught dead in this neo-hippie headress and flowy frock ensemble.
C'mon Whitney, you can do better!
