First of all, let me just say that I looooove Winona Ryder, theft and all! She was such a unique actress back in the day and it sucks she's gotten such a bad rep recently.

Anyway! The 38-year-old is on the December 2009 cover of BlackBook looking dark yet lovely, and of course she talks about her troubled past - she suffered from "exhaustion" long before LiLo did! - her relationships with Johnny Depp and Matt Damon, as well as her Girl, Interrupted co-star Angelina Jolie...

"I never had any bad feelings about Angelina. And I was hurt that people thought that. Everyone assumed I was really jealous because I thought this would be my vehicle. We said from the very beginning that the actress who played Lisa would probably win an Oscar, because it was the big, great, showy part."

Winona was also asked if Angie thanked her for jump-starting her career, to which Ryder replied: "I feel like it won’t read in print very nicely if I say that wasn’t really her style, but she seems to be a completely different person now.”

That's right, the 1989 cult classic starring Winona Ryder, Christian Slater and Shannen Doherty will be adapted for TV, reports Variety...

Writers Mark Rizzo and Sex and the City alum Jenny Bicks will pen it and Sony Pictures will produce with Lakeshore Entertainment. Of course, everyone is still "kicking around ideas" on how to revive the story 20 years later, but the two main characters Veronica and J.D. - as well as the Heathers, of course - are expected to be present.

Originally there was talk of a Heathers film sequel, but execs think a TV show is a better idea. What do YOU think?

I dunno if the story can compete with series like Gossip Girl or even Skins these days! And is it possible to imagine Heathers without Winona Ryder? I sure can't!

The Sun reports Winona had her stomach pumped at a London hospital after OD'ing on the meds during a flight from LA.

One passenger said: “She turned a deathly shade of pale. It was scary.”

The paper reports Winona, who apparently has a fear of flying, collapsed twice in the first class cabin of the British Airways flight.

Winona was released from the hospital after only a few hours.

The 37-year-old actress was treated and released at a West London hospital on Wednesday.

The cause or specifics of her illness wasn't revealed.

British Airways told the Associated Press a flight from Los Angeles to Heathrow requested priority landing when a female passenger it did not identify required medical attention.

Personally, I <3 Winona Ryder. Always have, always will. Her career may be over - unfortunately! - but she's got a string of too many great movie characters to ever be forgotten as an actress. (Consider Beetlejuice, Heathers and Reality Bites, to name just a few!)
