Clothing Store Forced To Stop Using Nude Image of French First Lady
A clothing company is being forced to pay $75,000 in damages for using bags featuring a topless image of France's First Lady, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy.
Bruni-Sarkozy, a former model who posed for the picture years ago, sued the company for illegally using her image.
Pardon, the french clothing store that created the bags, is also being forced destroy the remaining five thousand bags it has already printed.
Her lawyers have said she will donate the money to charity.
