it is a treatable medical condition. some people even get underarm botox injections.
she was probably very nervous and not sweating because it was hot as i doubt it was. she could get one of those arm pit covers. you put it in your shirt, it's made out of cotton or something and the sweat stays in the cloth rather than being seen in the shirt. it's pretty good and you can't see it. poor thing, but that's quite a lot, maybe she was the medical condition or a lot of sweat or something..
