Britney is not sad or crying here - she's probably just pissed that the paps wont leave her the heck alone! They are everywhere...She cannot go anywhere w/o them- If she looks sad it's probably because she's finally in the right frame of mind and realizes what a screwed up mess she's in. She never wanted this. As a mom, how could you smile when you can't be close to your babies?

I agree with 4:04, Britney looks 10x better now than she did not only a year ago but even this past Jan. She's been looking great.
