I agree- I am a 27 year old white woman, and have followed all of the speeches and debates closely, and my vote was proudly for Obama. All of you McCain supporters bashing us and telling us to get the facts straight need to get your facts straight. I never cared what the "stars" said, only about what I needed from a president. I can't help but wonder why is it people choose to hold onto the evil ways of our past. Now for the life of me I can not see how any reasonable human being. Could want to continue on with the status quo that has caused this country and the world so much pain. I hear so much about this question of race and I hear about the good old days and how things need to be corrected and made to be as they once were. It's a shame because if the truth be told and maybe one day it will: Hate only seems to serve the priviledged few ... who benifit from keeping all of the different people on this planet at each others throats. So that the focuss is reflected away from those who are really benefiting--economically, polically, religiouly, socially, and they keep the fear factor on full blast. To keep the so called races at each others throats so that they the powerful greedy ones can continue to rule in a caotic state. Where all they have to do is look back and laugh at all of us dumb folk. Fighting each other over the crumbs they throw us human cocroaches. The so called human races are being played against each other to keep the focuss off of those who are really doing the bad-evil throughout this planet. There is no racial tention. There is only human greed and folly turning us all into a bunch of hateful robots. And as far as black people and white people are concerned: Please think for awhile and slow down and relax a minute. Deep down inside we know damn well we do not hate each other the way we claim to. Most of us are just stuck on pleasing family and friends and fitting in with the groups of people we deal with. And you know this to be true. And most of us force ourselves daily to be hateful and mean because we were thought that this is the norm. Hate is a practic, the more we do it the better we get at it. But deep down inside we feel bad about false hate. But we would never dare to admit this to any of our family friends or peers. But I bet you this much, many of those hard down right haters are crying inside to be relesed from all of that false fake made up soul burning hate. All colors and groups of people on this planet are equally guilty of this folly of false hate. God Bless America and may one of these good old days.
