this is a beautiful resting place. I'm a big fan too, and have always believed he should be in Neverland, it was he's place for nearly 2 decades. But this is kepted beautiful and many more celbs are buried there. let it be the family's decision.. now I've seen this place.. Either would be nice, but, saying that, which one is chosen for MJ to rest at, it must have he's famous hat and glove in stone... and maybe a Peter Pan...just a thought what do others think????

Neverland is a shell of its former self. The animals are gone, the rides are gone, and the children are gone. It was Michael's sacred and special retreat and the police ruined that. I hardly doubt that MJ could hide anywhere, so I find it surprising that his attorney wasn't called so that he could surrender himself to the police rather than having his home invaded.
Whether it is neverland or forest lawn, resting place is resting place cos,the end of both is Man was made from dust and unto the dust shall man return.

I don't know if Michael should be burried in Neverland. It was his special place but the police ruined it. I don't think he wanted to go back so I'm not sure if he should be burried there.
Michael Jackson did say he never wanted to return to NeverLand; however, MJ was a loving, kind and I am sure forgiving person. I think it would befit a king to let him rest in eternal peace at Neverland. Think about it they never allowed him peace there while he was alive, maybe they will give it to him in death.
How are we the fans suppose to pay our respects to him, we are NOT allowed in this cemetary. This is not right. He is more important then ELVIS ever was and look at the spread they have for him at Graceland, the fans can go and admire his home, all his accomplishments, awards records. And finally pay respects at his grave. Michael deserves all that as well. This is just wrong. His mother is only thinking of herself here and not the millions that love him. He needs to be in Neverland in a safe concrete tomb for safety and protection under his beloved tree, that he set in and wrote so many songs. Why are they not fighting for that, if he was my son I would move heaven and earth to put him there. Love you more Michael.......
he should definitely not be buried in neverland. that's where he met his downfall (incorrectly of course because he is absolutely 100% innocent) he should be buried somewhere private where only his family can visit and mourn in peace. then maybe there can be a permanent memorial later elsewhere or something.

I grew up wit Michael Jackson also. He is the greatest arist of all times. Yet, one can not forget that Michael was a mentally sick man. His illness started in childhood and he never received professional help. Instead, he began to self medicate his internal pain which resulted in his death.
