Ya if she was in the States it would be wildly inappropriate, but she is in Europe were there are TONS of topless and nude beaches, and I'm sure no one meant for the couple in picture 15 to be taken and show up here, but it did, and get over it, when I've been in Europe at the beaches there are SO many naked people walking around, you choose to bare it or not to, and it doesn't make a difference because Europeans are so much more open and open minded, I wish North America was more open.
