oh brother...will people stop talking about how they're getting "harrassed" by the paps. first off the bitch has pink hair...that alone warrants people to stare at you. secondly, most of these celebs (and lindsay is INFAMOUS FOR THIS) calls the paps ahead of time. it's the only way she gets noticed now.
