LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Barron Hilton, 19, plead no contest today in a Malibu courthouse to driving under the influence. Hilton was arrested on February 12 in Malibu with a blood alcohol level of .14%. According to a clerk at the courthouse, Hilton was not present, so his attorney Rich Hutton entered the plea on his client's behalf.

Paris Hilton's little brother will be placed on three years probation, and he will attend a 3 month alcohol program where the dangers of drinking and driving are reviewed.

Hilton's arraignment is set for April 14.
