Tents are currently being erected on the property and delivery trucks are making their way in to Joe and Tina Simpson's gated community in the San Fernando Valley.

Simpson and Wentz got engaged on April 9, and rumors have been circulating that Simpson, 23, is pregnant, though she will neither confirm nor deny that she is expecting the couple's first child.
