Britney Spears' Custody Battle Officially Over
(07/25/08 3:24 PM)
LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Los Angeles County Court Commissioner Scott Gordon filed the paperwork today that officially ended the custody battle between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline. The hearing started around 2 p.m., and at 3:15 p.m., Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, arrived at the courthouse and signed off on the settlement.
On July 17, Kaplan broke the news that Spears gave Federline sole physical and legal custody of sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. The next day, attorneys for both parties appeared in court to finalize the agreement, but it was never actually made official and "converted into a legal document with the court" until now.

I have been reading all about Brit, and I just wish everyone would leave her alone. She is getting her life back together for herself and her children. I for one am very proud of her. Starting in the business as young as she did, having all the media following every step she took, and then having the two babies back to back took alot out of her. Everyone just leave her alone, let her have her life.
