"The District Attorney does have the case," LAPD media spokesman Richard French told the New York Daily News, however the DA's office has yet to confirm they've received the case.

Brown is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday.

Meantime, Brown and Rihanna are both back in Los Angeles. X17online reports Rihanna has been staying in a gated home in the Hollywood Hills, while Brown is staying at Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel.
