LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Audrina Patridge graces the cover of October's Maxim Magazine, where she hits out at rumors she's had a nose job, cheek implants and chin implants.

Although she never denies getting plastic surgery, she tells the mag the craziest thing she's heard about herself is "That I have chin implants, cheek implants, a nose job...God, everything."

The reality-star-turned-actress also talked about her decision to leave The Hills. "You know, it’s just something that I felt inside. I’m an adult now, and I don’t need all the petty drama and drinking and fighting. I’ve done that, and I’m ready to move on."

But the Sorority Row star isn't moving on from reality tv completely -- she's currently developing a new series with reality guru Mark Burnett, tentatively titled The Audrina Show.

"It’s a behind-the-scenes look at my life in L.A. -- the movies and shoots and parties," the actress says. "It’s not as glamorous as it appears, plus it’ll actually feature people I know. It’s, like, real."

Just like most parts of Audrina.
