Avril Lavigne Kicks Husband Deryck Whibley Out Of Their House

LOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - After months of speculation, Avril Lavigne is finally moving on from her life with estranged husband Deryck Whibley.
Us reports that the Canadian punk/pop princess had kicked her husband of three years, Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley out of the 9.5 million dollar house they share in Los Angeles.
“She dumped him and told him she was leaving him. She wants to move on," a source told the mag. “Divorce papers will be filed any day now."
Although this news is hardly surprising, neither of the couple's reps would comment.
