cassidymug200.jpgMIAMI, Florida (X17online) - David Cassidy will plea no contest in court on Wednesday for a DUI charge from his arrest last November, which will keep The Partridge Family star out of jail and set his fine at a mere $500, according to reports.

The actor will reportedly be sentenced to one year probation, 50 hours of community service, and will have his license suspended for six months. The former teen heartthrob will also be required to attend both an alcohol education course and a "victim impact panel" in which he will hear personal accounts from those affected by drunk driving.

Cassidy was arrested in Florida last November after being pulled over by a patrol officer for swerving and failing two Breathalyzer tests at the scene. The singer would face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if he did not enter a plea.
