Dr. Dre To Make First TV Appearance In Decades, Will Perform On Stage At The Grammys With Eminem

drdre102309_200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Dr. Dre will join his protege Eminem onstage at this Sunday's Grammys, which will mark his first live television performance in more than a decade.

Eminem had the best-selling album of 2010 with Recovery, and is also up for 10 awards, and Dr. Dre is also up for album of the year, as a producer on Recovery.

Dre's new album, Detox, is expected out in the spring; his first studio album 2001 was released November 1999.

Other Grammy performers include Arcade Fire, Lady Gaga, Miranda Lambert, Katy Perry, Barbra Streisand, a duet by Gwyneth Paltrow with Cee Lo Green, as well as a tribute to Aretha Franklin performed by Christina Aguilera, Martina McBride, Jennifer Hudson, Yolanda Adams and Florence Welch.

The 53rd annual Grammy awards will air on CBS February 13 at 8pm ET/PT.
