The special all-Sheen edition of ABC News’ 20/20 was heavily promoted, and won the 10 p.m. hour averaging a 3.2 rating with 9.2 million viewers overall. It was the best performance for 20/20 in more than two years. The interview beat out Diane Sawyer’s Peabody-winning special on the children of Appalachia, which aired in 2009.

Sheen's antics have also boosted ratings for re-runs of Two and A Half Men. The sitcom drew nearly 11.6 million viewers, more than any other show in the Monday night timeslot.
