Hereafter200.jpgLOS ANGELES, California (X17online) - Warner Bros. has decided to send profits from the Hereafter DVD sales to aid tsunami victims in Japan.

The movie starring Matt Damon, and being released on DVD March 15th, features scenes of a tsunami disaster. For that reason, the film was pulled from theaters in Japan.

Hereafter director Clint Eastwood released the following statement:

"The devastation and loss Japan is facing is almost incomprehensible. I’m glad to join Warner Bros. in this effort to help the Japanese people.”

Analysts predict the donation to the Japanese Red Cross will amount to nearly $1 million.
