Anthony went into hiding in July following her acquittal in the murder case of her daugther Caylee. However, the 25-year-old was ordered back to Orlando by a judge in regards to a separate case of check fraud, which Anthony pleaded guilty to in 2010. She was told to be in Orlando between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. Thursday, according to People magazine.

But Anthony's lawyer Cheney Mason filed papers Tuesday saying it was too dangerous for her to return to Florida, arguing:

"Any requirement that she return to Orange County (would) put her in great peril, as well as impose a significant cost to taxpayers in securing her safety."

Now Judge Bevlin Perry, the murder-trial judge who replaced the judge originally handling Anthony's check case, has set a new hearing for Friday based on the defense's emergency request.
