Justin Bieber is fresh from a romantic Caribbean vacation with Selena Gomez, but on Tuesday evening the 20-year-old pop star picked up Kendall Jenner at the George V Hotel in Paris and took her out to dinner! Selena is ALSO in Paris, but why wasn't she out to dinner with her man? And would she approve of him taking her frenemy out on the town?!

Biebs cruised up to Kendall's hotel in his chauffeured Rolls Royce, and when the two arrived at the trendy eatery, the singer entered first, with the 18-year-old supermodel following him in a few seconds later. While the two were at the restaurant, fans began to post photos of the two on Instagram, and not only did they appear to be sipping on cocktails, but they couldn't take their eyes off of each other!

A videographer on the scene tells X17online exclusively, "They looked like old friends meeting up for dinner, but there was definitely a spark between them."

Back in August the two partied together at Riccardo Tisci's 40th birthday party in Ibiza, Spain, and Kendall posted a snapshot of the Biebs kissing her on the cheek, further fueling rumors that the two are more than friends.

Earlier this year Selena had a blow-up with the Jenner sisters after Kylie was reportedly busted for sending Justin naked pictures, and Selena famously unfollowed both of the girls following the spat.
