Bieber's back!

Justin Bieber just dropped a new song of his first album in three years -- and it's banging.

Th single, which was produced by EDM god Skrillex, is the first song from 21-year-old new album, which is slated to come out on Nov. 13. Diplo and Drake are both rumored collaborators on the full-length.

The video highlights some of Bieber's skateboard skillz, as well as Ryan Sheckler and Chelsea Castro's. So rad!
