We think it's only a matter of time before they're dunzo!

Gisele Bundchen allegedly threatened husband Tom Brady with divorce after months of bitter feuds and less than stellar treatment, Us Weekly reports.

"Tom’s become very nasty and irritable and started acting out on her,” a source dished to the mag. Their problems reportedly began back in May, when the quarterback was hit with a four game suspension stemming from the now infamous Deflategate.

To prove a point, the supermodel met with a divorce lawyer, but her hubby thinks she's not serious about splitting and merely trying to scare him. "Tom thinks it’s only a threat. But this is definitely a rough patch,” the source added.

The pair are trying to make it work... for the time being at least! They still share their Boston apartment, and the Brazilian stunner was recently photographed supporting her man at an August 31 NFL hearing. "Things are very tense right now. This could be the end of them," the insider confessed.

Practically every famous couple broke up this summer, so it looks like these two could be the first split of fall!
