Blanket Jackson is growing up!

Michael Jackson's youngest son, who is 14 years old, was spotted getting some fresh air and grabbing a bite to eat at Malibu's Cross Creek Shopping Center on Sunday -- and it looks like he's turning into a man! What?!

We remember him when he was just a wee one being held over a balcony in Berlin! Oh those were the days!

Blanket, who hasn't been dangled over a crowd in over a decade, was wearing a super hero shirt and athletic pants as he lunched with some older men in the 'Bu. The long-haired teen was smiling and appeared to be having a good time during his lunch in the ritzy 'hood.

Oh and apparently Blanket has shed his infamous name -- he goes by "Bigi" now.
