Kanye West is planning a lavish house party to celebrate Kim Kardashian's 36th birthday this weekend, because the rapper knows that his wife still doesn't feel comfortable going out in public following her traumatic robbery in Paris.

"Kanye’s scrambling to throw Kim a house party that will be more lit than the ones Kid & Play had. Kanye knows Kim isn’t ready to go out on the town after being robbed so he wants to bring all the festivities to her, someplace where she feels safe, and he’s thinking home is best," a source dished to Hollywood Life.

So what's this fete going to look like?

"He wants all her celeb friends like Amber [Rose], LaLa, Chrissy [Teigen] and John [Legend] to attend so it feels like she’s out and about. But a Kim party wouldn’t be complete without paparazzi. ‘Ye would love to screen and hire some photogs to snap photos of his beautiful wife while she’s celebrating her big day with her friends and family. Kanye just wants this day to be extra special for her and to make her smile,” the source added.

He's always surprising her with orchestras she could care less about, so we bet there will be one of those too!
