The 64-year-old father of seven was looking rather plump when he was in Moscow, Russia, on Thursday. The one-time action star was acting as a brand ambassador for the U-Boat watch company -- and he's definitely packed on the pounds and added on some spray hair, a la John Travolta.

Is it just us or does the Under Siege star look a lot like Pen & Teller's Penn Jillette?!

Either which way, we love that Steven Seagal's love of Mandarin collars aren't a trend for him -- THEY ARE A LIFESTYLE! Decades after his movie career has gone and went, the martial arts master is still rockin' the pan-Asian wear. Good for him!
