Kim Kardashian rolled solo at the Met Gala last night in NYC, and when Vogue's Andre Leon Talley asked the reality star where Kanye was, he got the answer we already suspected.

"He’s at home. He’s been taking some time off and really loving that,” she explained.

What Kimmy K didn't include was the fact that Yeezy isn't ready to cope with high profile events without flying on the handle just yet.

"He’s not going because he’s not ready to start attending big events. He’s doing great but wants to keep his stress levels low and just wants to take more time off. Kim and Kanye are in a great place," a source dished to People before the gala.

"It had nothing to do with the Met Gala. It was more about the stress and pressure of a big red carpet. He just wasn’t quite there yet," the source added.
