You know I really dont mind saying this, I like Angelina and stuff but I am sick of her adopting kids in other countries when there are children in America who need a family to. It isnt like she has adopted them because it was easier to get a baby there because Pax was like 3 when she got him and she could get a toddler he easy to. It is like she is saying she hates America by adopting abroad. I mean I understand why some people do it because it is easier and cheaper but it seems like Angelina does it as a slap in the face to the US and then she calls her American baby a blob and says she doesnt need as much love because she was born into a life of privilege.. After all, there are MANY actors in America who do not adopt American children, or even at all. Why is Angelina getting the brunt of the hate? Anyone who adopts a child should be commended because, more often than not, they are giving that child a better life than they would have had. Kudos to Angelina and Brad for their multi-culturalism and their generosity. Everyone should follow their example and just adopt (regardless of the child's birth country). Shiloh is a very beautiful baby, with gorgeous lips, wide blue eyes, a small cute nose, and of course, soft blond hair. And her skin color is just luminous. She actually lightens up every pic of the family when she is there. Her nose will grow into somewhat like Brad's. Its the perfect nose for a baby, unlike Suri, she is very cute right now but at 16-17 mos has already a big nose, hopefully her nose will not grow as big as tom cruise and her face not as ugly as Tom's sis and mom.

We should not criticize somebody for adopting a child from third world countries. Coming from a third world country, the conditions here are different. Orphans in America have a better life and a future compared to children of impoverished nations.

Children who have special needs, whatever their nationality, are those most in need of the $$$ these two clowns could provide in terms of health care and cutting-edge medical attention. I don't think it's as big of a deal for ANYONE TO ADOPT A PERFECTLY HEALTHY CHILD. The real humanitarian mission would be adopting a child who suffers from a debilitating ailment. They have money to pay for surgeries or special equipment a disabled child would need. A disabled child could thrive in their care but I guess they are too wrapped up in self image to give a damn!

Why is that people who have never even thought about the adoption process need to tell those of us who have chosen to adopt what we should do. Have you even looked into adopting in the US? It can take years to get a child, because you have to wait in an agency book for a birthmom to pick you. And if you look a certain way, or have children already,or have been divorced, or even have one gray hair, you stand less of a chance of adopting than other people. It is a big popularity contest here to have the privilege of adopting a child. Yes, Angelina and Brad could adopt out of the foster care system. AND MAYBE SOMEDAY THEY WILL. They give more money away in a year than many people make, and they have already saved three lives with their big hearts. If you have ever seen the suffering in orphanages, smelled the stench of babies sitting in their own filth, then you can speak about international adoption.

If not, then you should keep your opinions to yourself regarding domestic versus international adoption.

All children come from God...and all deserve love and good homes. Regardless of where they came from.

Most here are hypocrits asking for them to adopt a child in the US !

First of all, they are international stars which means, their movies are sold everywhere and therefore part of their salary, the majority are generated from outside sales too. They owe their salary from outside the US too !

Second, most of you don't even know the name or adress of a single american orphanage and don't care about, some of your backyard within the states, let alone your own neighbour ! how hypocrit of you to talk about american orphans when you don't even give a damn about the Bronx or other area !

Are you taking the time to go to some highschools and do social services to the kids to prevent teen pregancies or talk about aids ?

Lack of education and violence are two main reasons why there are orphans in the US and yet, the ones who are talking against Angie choice are not doing their part. In Cambodia, the number 1 enemy against children are landmines. Thousands of children are missing arms, legs or part of their faces in that country due to this tragedy. It is NOT cheaper adopting abroad, it is considerably more expensive. I know, I did it. Why? I'm a single woman and I wanted my baby as young as possible and not exposed to drugs. I chose to adopt in Guatemala, my daughter was ten days old. I looked long and hard at adopting in America and what I found was it was so difficult finding a child who had not been abused, neglected or exposed to drugs and alcohol. I'm not saying their not out there, but it is difficult to find them.
It is easy to judge, it is harder to take action yourself. Instead of being angry why do you become a foster parent?

Maybe if the govt didn't make it so hard, maybe if you could be guaranteed the birth parents wouldn't come back and be awarded custody. America has orphans but a the government does help them much more than in those countries where the kids sleep on the bare ground and die from hunger because there is no aid at all. Despite Jen being nice and cordial to Angelina when they first met, even telling Ang that her husband looked forward to working with her in the Smith movie, Ang stabbed Jen in the back and slept with and stole her husband. What happened to "just saying no" to a married man?! Why does the public applaud Ang so much?! Is it because she's pretty and sexy?! That's it?!?! Geeze where's everyone’s morals?!?! 2) Because of her political beliefs or craziness, she decided that baby Shiloh didn't need nurturing as much as the other children. Well, now it really shows in these pictures! Shiloh doesn't grab or hold onto her mommy like a normally mommy-nurtured toddler does at her age. Since now all the pics of Angelina are with Shiloh (instead of with the other children as they were before) I guess Ang is trying to make up for lost time. Poor Shiloh. Too bad, it's sad. Children don't hide their feelings. The pics tell it all. Look at the pic where Shiloh is leaning away from mommy in the boat at Venice. You never see her smiling at mommy or grabbing for her like you do with Katie and Suri. Big difference.

3) Brad is a pussy-whipped loser! If he has any doubts about his relationship with Ang, he probably feels stuck since what rights does he have to his children if they’re not even married. And since they’re constantly moving around, he probably doesn’t even qualify for common law marriage rights. What a loser.

I don't know what it is but these stars need to let those kids that are able to walk, walk. They are always being carried. what is the deal with that. children that are 3, 4 and up should be walking and have Mommy & Daddy hold their hands.

I think it should matter what country, I would adopt from a different country because my kids would be american because I plan having my kids in america some people want a multicultural household.

i find it disheartening that some of you are attacking angelina for adopting abroad. you should research what those poor babies go through. our adopting agencies in america feed, bathe and take care of their children. those abroad cant/wont do half of that.
