So AGAIN .... she DID NOT GIVE THEM UP 2 DAYS EARLY!! Their current custody agreement dictated that she give them back on Monday, and given the next hearing wasn't scheduled until 1:30 on Wed, she was not entitled to get them back as she normally would have.
