It's usually the Americans telling people to learn how to speak English, so that's why I said it. But it doesn't matter who said it, my point was that some people (regardless of where they're from) forget this is the WORLD WIDE WEB, people from all over the world surf the net. I think it's great that they learn English and other languages and people need to keep in mind that English is not their native language. You also seem to forget that I too am an American.
