I have seen this kind of thing before - it happens in every part of the USA, in every income bracket. While it is hard for a normal, loving parent to understand, there are women out there who never make a real attachment with or commitment to their children. They feel no distress about handing them over to Dad, grandma, the foster system...many later come to regret their poor decisions. What these parents fail to realize is that regaining any portion of visitation/custody is an uphill battle, even after you remake your life and prove you can be an effective parent. She's in for a shock, I suspect.

No, I'm sure nobody posting on this board knows her. I know I sure don't. I think that Britney losing her children is an absolutely horrendous jesture by the state of California. We all know that there are thousands of children in that state alone that are living in conditions not even comparable to those that Britney can provide for those children..with parents involved in worse things and exposing their children to worse things than Britney would or could ever do. This is just one more example of the state trying to use celebrities to make a point. I'm not saying that celebrities should be allowed to do whatever they please, I'm just saying that it is absolutely deplorable that they would take these children away from their mother. We all know and have witnessed the kind of behavior Kevin involves himself in. Perhaps, just maybe, he has cleaned up his act in an effort to make himself look like a saint, while planting the seeds to make Britney look like shes in the wrong, but lets just not forget that she left him in the first place...Why, because he, his friends and their lifestyles were not what she wanted for her children and he's just mad that she divorced him in the middle of his huge 'career". ha.
Her parents are angry because she's stopped their free train ride that they've been on since the minute she made her first dollar, so they're teaming up with Kevin, who has probably promised them a nice cut of his child support that he will get from Britney. Lets not forget, he's the one that left his other children high and dry with one not even born yet! Do you see him running all over town, pulling fake witnesses out of his arse trying to get custody of those kids. No. Why? The fact that she drove with the kids in the car less than an hour after the judge told her she WOULD lose them if she did so, AND the fact that she usually at least makes a half-assed effort to buckle them in (she does it WRONG, where they'd still be horribly maimed or killed in an accident, but at least she buckles the damn belt, normally) lets me know UNequivocally that she simply is not interested in being a parent at this time.

Kevin has had millions of dollars in offers from People, "OK", and the like- NONE of which he's accepted...he does NOT whore the children out for the cameras like Britney did EVERY time she had them. And you must be the last IDIOT who's asking "we-hell, if he doesn't want primary custody of his OTHER two kids, why does he want custody of THESE two?! MUSSBE FOR THE MON-EEEE, right?!"

He's answered this question through his lawyer...Shar is an EXCELLENT mother; something that all of her family and HIS family have always maintained. Why would he need to take the kids from a parent who loves and cares for them? He never tried to get custody of THESE two kids until it was plainly obvious that Britney had gone batsh!t crazy on drugs, alcohol, partying, and sex. He gave her a couple months to get her act together and she did the same thing she's doing now- NOTHING- so he pushed ahead for more custody. I say GOD BLESS THE MAN...those children would almost certainly be casualties of an unwatched swimming pool or a grievous auto collisison if they'd been with Britney full time.

It's really sad because Britney looks so calm and serene when she gets out of her car. Its very disturbing because as far as suicide is concerned, many people are overcome with a sense of relief or happiness once they have decided that they will commit suicide. I think that we can all analyze this as much as we want. I just hope that the children are cared for and loved, and that both parents take a step back and fix the situation that the both have created.

Ok at first I felt sorry for her, but you know what now I don't. I have three children of my own and if that was happening to me(which it never would) I would do whatever I had to do to keep my kids. Britney got just what she deserved. I feel sorry for her but someone needs to give her a realty check on motherhood and thank God the judge had the balls to do it. Children need stability and certainly her mother raised her in a stable environment. Britney's kids need better parenting, so Britney go take some classes and hopefully this will wake you up from your comotose state of mind and then you can get your kids back. Kudos to Kevin for going and getting them through the courts. Hopefully he will be the better parent they need for now.
