As a mother of two children under the age of 5, I can only suggest that it may be in the interest of both Katie and Britney to not wear very high heeled shoes when you are carrying your kids. I am not a celebrity that needs to look good when being photographed in public. But a do have common sense that tells me to be careful when I am with my kids and that includes my choice of footwear.
