Giving birth to twins sure seemed to work for Marcia Cross! The surprisingly svelte new mom left her little girls at home to go out for a shopping trip in Santa Monica yesterday. She must not have gained much extra weight during her pregnancy, because it's only been a month since she gave birth, and she already looks almost back to normal! 
Seems like giving birth has also brought some expression back to Marcia's face...she musta had to stop all that Botox while she was preggers!
