Milla Jovovich may have been keeping quiet about her pregnancy until last month-ish, but it's safe to say the secret's out of the bag now! We spotted the Fifth Element fox making her way back to her car after dropping a little dough at Fred Segal, and we couldn't help but notice her baby bump - wow! She'll be giving Julia Roberts a run for her money soon enough at this rate! 
What a huge baby belly for such a slip of a girl
Weren't there any staffers available to help her with her bags?
