Pam Goes All Natural?!

Catching Pam Anderson without her makeup on is almost as inconceivable as catching her clubbing a baby seal - so imagine our shock to catch her going au naturel at the Little Door with Courtney Love! Could Pam have simply been trying to distract from her unadorned appearance by standing next to a plastic surgery disaster like Courtney? I mean, her unleashed sweater puppies had us plenty distracted already!
