Some people say a party can't really be called a party until the cops get called in to quiet everyone down - well, if that's the case, then Paris Hilton throws the best parties ever! The hotel heiress' post-AMA shindig was forced to drastically lower the volume when the police showed up to serve the hostess with yet another in a string of noise violations - although apparently until Paris broke out her Shirley Temple please-mister-officer routine, they were planning on breaking up the party completely! (And although her neighbors probably didn't appreciate the police's lack of diligence, it's a fair bet that Britney Spears did - we'll have great exclusive stuff later today about the latest developments between Britney and the guy she met inside!)
