The hotel heiress' post-AMA shindig was forced to drastically lower the volume when the police showed up to serve the hostess with yet another in a string of noise violations - although apparently until Paris broke out her Shirley Temple please-mister-officer routine, they were planning on breaking up the party completely! (And although her neighbors probably didn't appreciate the police's lack of diligence, it's a fair bet that Britney Spears did - we'll have great exclusive stuff later today about the latest developments between Britney and the guy she met inside!)
