While most people were gettin' ready for the Grammys, new father of twin boys Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen, Patrick Dempsey, was playing Mr. Mom and doing a little grocery shopping for his newly expanded brood. 
If his family keeps growing, someday he'll look back on this as a small load of groceries!
