BREAKING NEWS - Samantha Ronson Charged With DUI

Samantha Ronson has been charged with a misdemeanor DUI following her arrest last week.The DJ was arrested the morning of August 1 in Barstow, Calif., following a DJ gig in Las Vegas.
Ronson, 33, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence -- her blood alcohol level was more than the legal limit -- .08.
If convicted, she faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
This would be Ronson's first DUI if convicted.
